Inspired by the work of Carl Jung, the Depth Psychology strand invites us to explore the rich inner landscape of the human soul. Through reflection on dreams, archetypes, and the conscious and unconscious mind, we deepen our understanding of the patterns and motivations that shape our lives.
In a supportive environment, we encounter not only our personal stories but also the collective wisdom carried within the human psyche. This work helps us listen more deeply—to ourselves, to others, and to the quiet guidance moving within us.
As Jung wrote, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
My current role led me to explore a two-year program at the Guild for Spiritual Guidance where I was initially intrigued by the outside-the-box strands of weaving and the ability to gain further knowledge into a variety of inter-faith discussions, cosmology, science, spirituality, indigenous studies, mysticism, race and gender allyship. We are changed by the experience of the program, teachers, mentors and the deep connections made with each of my colleagues, now friends! Everything feeds into everything.
