We are excited that you are applying to join the upcoming Apprenticeship Program of the Guild for Spiritual Guidance. The application packet includes the following components: Application, Financial Agreement, Spiritual Journey, Resume, and References. Please follow the application process outlined below. Documents to review and/or complete are accessible by clicking the link in the corresponding step.
Application Process for the Apprenticeship Program of the Guild for Spiritual Guidance
- Review the meeting time commitment.
- Carefully review the Financial Agreement.
- Download and complete the Apprenticeship Application. (not the old Apprenticeship Application.)
- Email the completed Application to guildapapplication@gmail.com
- Click here to acknowledge having read the Financial Agreement and pay the $150 non-refundable application fee
- Email the following materials to guildapapplication@gmail.com:
- Spiritual Journey: Describe yourself and your spiritual journey. Suggested elements include: religious experiences; experiences with spiritual guidance, counseling, education, and training; challenges/blessings in your life that contributed to spiritual depth, insight, and growth; numinous or mystical experiences; influential persons; your spiritual practice(s); and spiritual gifts that you share with individuals and community. (maximum length: 4 pages)
- Résumé: include a one-page resume reflecting your work, volunteer, and life experience
- References: Names, addresses, and telephone numbers of two people who know you well.
- Complete an interview with members of the AP interview team. You will be contacted to schedule this interview once the above materials have been received.
- Upon acceptance into the Apprenticeship Program, electronically sign the Financial Agreement using the link that will be sent to you.
- Vist the AP XXIII payment page to pay the $1500 deposit.
- Prior to the first meeting, visit the AP XXIII payment page to select your tuition payment plan and make your initial payment.
