Is pricing per person? What does registration include?

Yes—pricing is per person.

Should you wish to make a deposit to ensure the early-bird price, and pay gradually? Please sign up online, select payment by check. Please make your check(s) out to The Guild for Spiritual Guidance with “Imagine” in the memo line. Send it to this address: The Guild for Spiritual Guidance, PO Box 16, Dunmore, PA 18512. Full payment is due by July 1, 2026.

In-person registration includes:

  • Full access to all retreat sessions, dialogues, and presentations
  • Retreat materials
  • Accommodation for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments
  • Access to the livestream recordings following the retreat

Not included:

  • Accommodation, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday, September 15 or Sunday, September 20, 2026
  • Transportation & Travel expenses

Virtual registration includes:

  • Access to the livestream of the retreat sessions
  • Digital materials related to the retreat
  • Recordings of all sessions after the event

Are there one-day passes?

No. To support the depth of dialogue and community experience, in-person registration is for the full retreat only.

Where will the retreat take place?

The Imagine Retreat will take place at White Point Beach Resort in Nova Scotia, Canada, located on the South Shore along the Atlantic Ocean, Canada.

Where should participants stay?

Registration fee includes accommodations + meals at White Point Beach Resort, which offers cottages, lodge rooms, glomes, treehouses, and oceanfront accommodations.

Car rentals are recommended for travel to the retreat. A bus from Halifax on Wednesday, September 16 to the resort will be available at 8:00 am from outside the Westin Harbour Hotel.

Schedule & Program Format

The full speaker program will be announced soon.

For planning purposes:

  • Arrival and opening gathering: Morning of September 16, 2026
  • Full retreat programming: September 16–20
  • Closing session: Afternoon of September 20

The retreat will include:

  • Keynote presentations and panel discussions
  • Small-group conversations
  • Land-based and contemplative experiences will only be a streamed where available
  • Community gathering

Scholarships

Are student scholarships available?

A limited number of student and emerging leader registrations may be available at a reduced rate. Information will be announced with the full registration launch.

Refunds & Transfers

Event Cancellation Policy

If the organizers must cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

If a guest cancels their registration:

  • More than 60 days before the event: Full refund minus a small administrative fee
  • Within 60 days of the retreat: Registration fees are non-refundable

Registrations may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

Recordings & Accessibility

Will the retreat be recorded?

Yes. All registrants—both in-person and virtual—will receive access to recordings of the sessions after the retreat. Please allow four weeks following the event for editing and distribution. Access to the livestream and recordings is limited to the registered participant and may not be distributed to groups.

Can I share my virtual registration?

Virtual registrations are intended for individual use. We ask that each participant purchase their own access.
